Mediavista provides AI-powered media buying solutions, including but not limited to:

• Programmatic advertising and real-time ad placement.
• Campaign management and budget optimization.
• Performance analytics and reporting tools.

Specific features may vary and are subject to updates or revisions to improve service quality.

• You agree to use Mediavista solely for lawful purposes.
• You must not use the platform to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted through your account.
• You must ensure that any content or advertisements placed through Mediavista comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• All payments for services rendered on Mediavista must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and applicable taxes will be provided at the time of service selection.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Users are responsible for ensuring timely payment.

• Mediavista retains all ownership rights to the platform, including but not limited to software, design, algorithms, and trademarks.
• Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any part of the platform without explicit permission.
• Any feedback or suggestions provided by users may be utilized by Mediavista without any obligation or compensation.

• Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Mediavista, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein, including sharing necessary data with third-party service providers for operational purposes. Mediavista employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access.

• Mediavista is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediavista disclaims all liabilities for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of ad spend, data breaches, or performance disruptions.

• Mediavista reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.
• Users may terminate their account by providing written notice to Mediavista. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and users will be responsible for clearing any outstanding dues.
• Mediavista reserves the right to retain user data for a specified period as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• Mediavista reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform. Continued use of Mediavista constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jurisdiction- NCT of Delhi.
